How to build self confidence

 Do you ever feel like you are not good enough for anything that comes in your way? Are you everytime doubting your self? Do you feel like others are better than you all the time? This are all questions that one may find asking them selves.

Lets say you have an presentation to do at school, and you had enough time to prepare this presentation. So, when the day arrives to do the presentation, you penic, you can not control your self no more. Do we call it stage freght? Or is it lack of confidence?

Here are some tips that may help one get over such moments of lack of confidence.

 - Firstly, you need to identify who you are, the need of telling your self that you can do this, yes self motivation. 

-Days before presentations, take a mirror and practice while looking in the mirror. 

- Dress presentable, when you look good, you tend to feel yourself.

- Speak from the heart, you do not need to memorize what you wrote for presentation.

-Wear a smile

- Think of something funny, to calm your self down.

Adding all this up, is that giving time, understanding your self and excepting your mistakes  is needed, in fact you tend to learn from them. Some times you Dnt need to hear it from someone telling you you did great, but you can tell your self that you did great and you can do better.
